Ahmad Jamshid Fardi

Mr. Fardi joined The Green Organization in 2016. He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English of Balkh University in Afghanistan. He has served as a regional director for the Organization of Afghan Alumni in Northern Afghanistan and as a Vice Chancellor for Cultural Affairs and International Relations at Aria University. He has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Tajik Sate University of Commerce and a B.A. in Language and Literature from Balkh University.

Mr. Jamshid Fardi has been engaged in different conferences and events at national and international levels. Recently he presented at the Annual Conference of Organization of Afghan Alumni and at the Strategic Plan Development Conference at the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education in Kabul.  From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Fardi participated in Peace-building and Conflict Resolution Conference in Nepal, the International Conference on The Role of Civil Society Organizations in Good Governance in Tajikistan, the Afghanistan-Pakistan Exchange Program in Pakistan, in Linguists Association of PUNE Conference in India and at the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) in the United States.

Fardi has conducted several research projects in different areas including the Threatening Factors of Environment in Northern Afghanistan, The Impact of Modern Technology in Teaching Large Classes, A Study on the Management System of Private Universities in Northern Afghanistan, The Role of Civil Society Organizations in Peace-building and Conflict Resolution, and A Critical Analysis of American Literature of the 19th Century.
